10-2
Josh found a set of wood mountain bike ramps on Marketplace for really cheap and bought them.  Kaleb asked if he could alter one of them and build a platform at the top so he can ride his scooter on it.  I love that he will tackle a project like this!
10-4
I had my gallbladder removed and while they were in there they found a hiatal hernia and repaired it too.
10-9
I'm not one to brag on myself but since starting with a nutritionist in July and learning to eat smaller portions and more protein I'm down 25 lbs! I've still got a long way to go, but slow and steady wins the race, right? 🙂
I guess I should give credit to the 3 to 4 miles I walks 5 days a week too. Lol
The Pic on the left was in May and the right, today.
10-14
Like father like son,  Jack found this hot wheels on the side of the road on a neighbor's trash, of course he brought it home.  He built a platform for it to put his electric skateboard on it so he can ride it around the neighborhood.
He even has his tunes! 😂😂
10-27
Last month, at Barrett's annual appointment, the Vet tested this lump he's had on his hip for a while and it was a cancerous tumor.  He had it removed today.  Josh loves him so much and was so worried about him.  💙
10-29
He's doing great! They didn't think he would be able to stand on that leg for a week but he is.  I'm still trying to keep him off of it but it's nice that he can walk outside without hurting.
Kaleb finished his ramp and has his skate park!
Kaleb school picture.  They are adjusting well to being back in school.  They have made some friends and have great grades! I'm so happy! Of course if you ask them, it's terrible and they would rather be homeschooled.  😂😂
10-30
Pumkin Carving with Kenny
Happy Halloween!
Kaleb, Jack, Kenny, Alexa, Emily, & Sophie
11-3
Happy 15th Birthday Jack!
It's bad when you have to put your own gift together! 😂
Kaleb got him one of the planes he had been wanting for his computer game War Thunder.
Cake with friends!
Kip, Kaleb, Sophie, Kenny, Alexa, & Emily
11-5
He wanted to go Go Karting for his birthday so we took Kip and Kenny and got Pizza then went to this place in Manassas.
Barrett is getting better everyday.  🙂
On one of his trips, Josh made this by using explosives to burn our family crest into this metal. It's so cool!
11-9
Josh has been gone so much since Aug. He came home for a couple days and, I'm not sure how, but I convinced him to get the Christmas decorations down so we could start decorating! He probably did it because he is leaving tomorrow so he didn't have to look at them.  Lol
I'm still recovering from surgery so it took about a week to get everything up. It's so magical in here!
Jack even decorated his truck!
The boys did a great job outside!
This is my new favorite outside decoration!
Josh figured he would document me making rolls from scratch since it doesn't happen that often! 😂😂
12-3
The guys are getting ready to hunting in PA for the weekend and Kaleb is making sure he doesn't get cold!
12-6
Another successful hunting trip.  Kaleb got another doe
Jan got his first kill, a Buck!
12-13
I've known for the last few years that the boys didn't believe anymore but they've went along with it for me. Well, this year they told me they don't believe. As much as we love Christmas the magic is definitely gone and it makes me so sad. There are days they don't even look for the elf even though they told me they still wanted me to hide him because it's fun to find him.  Tonight we made the first Christmas treats of the season and it was just what I needed! The joy, excitement, and Christmas music was just like when they were little!
12-15
Wearing our Christmas ties and scarf Willie brought us to church
Gingerbread houses!
12-18
Getting his board ready to go snowboarding!
💙
12-19
I asked the boys to pick a cookie recipe that they wanted to make this year.  Jack picked peanut butter cups thumbprint cookies
Kaleb picked Santa Trash cookies. They were both delicious!
I've decided this is the last year Willie will visit.  It's been fun but the boys have outgrown this tradition. Here's some of his last adventures with us.
he's just like the boys and watches too much YouTube
He brought the boys PJ's
12-22
Christmas Cookies
12-23
The 4th Annual Grinch Pancake and Cookie Decorating Party. Sophie and Emily are home this year!
We decided to do a White Elephant gift exchange this year. These kids are growing up too fast!❤️
Shelby made me this beautiful wreath
12-24
The boys decided they wanted to make a potato gun so Josh took Jack and Kenny to Lowe's and let them buy all the supplies they needed. Kaleb wasn't home when they came up with the idea but they let him go in thirds on the supplies and they all built it.
It wouldn't be Christmas without The Polar Express!
Barrett loves the fire
Santa came!
This was the first year the boys didn't put cookies out for Santa.  I completely forgot, which makes me so sad.

Merry Christmas!
This year we all had scavenger hunts.  That's right, I even did one for Josh!
Josh wrote the boy's clues. His goal was to slow down the morning so it wouldn't be over in 5 minutes.  He definitely succeeded today because we weren't finished until almost 11am!
Jack got a new electric skateboard
Kaleb got a new Oculus
The boys enjoyed their hunts but wasn't impressed when they found out there was a "joint" one that they had to do together to find a gift they had to share. 😂😂 They did good though. They found the gift and were excited, even though it was something they didn't even ask for. Honestly I think Josh is more excited to play with it, which is why he got it for them. Lol They've already printed two things and I think they turned out really good! They are excited to make more stuff!
Mom did her hunt as well
The boys wrote my clues and hid my new earrings! They did a great job!
I love my boys!
I stumped Josh!
Jack did an awesome job wrapping my gift
I was really spoiled this Christmas! Josh even upgraded my Cutco knife block to a bigger set!
Kaleb got anther quarter pipe
I even got a new shirt! 😂😂
Happy Birthday Mamaw!
12-27
We headed up to PA and spent the rest of the year with the Meckleys. Lots of skiing, snowboarding, doing puzzles, and most importantly, laughing and having fun!
Jack
It's always fun to snowboard to the pool
Happy New Years Eve!
