4-1
The ski hill that Josh grew up going to is still open but only on weekends, so they hiked to the top of it and made their own jumps.  The boys were not impressed with the journey getting up there but had so much fun once the work was done!

Our nephew Zach works at a zoo in Twin Falls so we went and saw him.  This is the perfect job for him! He's so knowledgeable about all the animals and you can see how much he loves what he does. We enjoyed our visit.

I took the boys to a skate park in Burley today and Kaleb had a pretty bad crash and we ended up in Urgent Care.
Good thing he can still play his oculus while he's recovering! 😂😂
4-6
They went back to Pomerelle on Saturday to snowboard.  The boys were so excited that they got to ride the lifts this time.  Haha
4-11
While I had the boys in Twin Falls, testing, Josh and Barrett went riding with Randy.  As always, our time in Idaho went too fast!

My baby turned 13 today! It's crazy how time flies and he definitely keeps life interesting! A few days ago he told me he wanted a kiddie pool so he could use it with his RC truck. This is not the time of year to find a pool.  I looked so many places and finally found one last night at 9 pm!
Of course we started it with Texas Donuts!
He also wanted a scooter trainer that he can use on the trampoline.
I'm always joking with Josh that he a Facebook Marketplace whore because everywhere he goes he searches for something.  He has been searching for a pogo stick for kaleb that you pump up with the air compressor so it goes a lot higher but they were wanting $400 plus for used ones around here.  He we went to Texas last month and found one for $125. Thank goodness he can put his treasures on the line haul and have them brought home for free.
He wanted to take his friends to Rudy's driving range so we went and had lunch and hit golf balls. Alexa had a softball tournament so she couldn't join us.
Sophie, Emily, Kenny, Kaleb, & Jack
That night we had cake at the Meckley's. We had a great day celebrating him!

We're still celebrating at Casa Tequila!
The Mullet is getting out of control! 😂

I love being outside this time of year but the bugs are terrible! My solution.
Kaleb planned a kayaking activity for young mens
Mr. Cool. 😎

We went to WV for a few days for Ethan's high school graduation.  His ceremony is on our Anniversary so Josh and I stayed in Charleston the night before.  We went over early and walked by the river, had dinner at Red Lobster, then stayed at the Hilton with a jacuzzi tub in the room! Happy 16 years to us!
the boys stayed at mom's and I found these pics on Amazon photos.  It looked like they had fun and Jack is pretty good with a camera!
5-24
Congratulations Ethan!

Riding in Greg's truck!

Today was the Richmond State Qualifier.  I didn't get many pictures but the boys did good.  Now if this doesn't say America, I don't know what does!

A few days ago my brother Mello had surgery. The operation went well, he was up and walking that same evening, but I'm the night he had a bad bleed in his abdomen and had to be rushed back into surgery.  That one didn't go well and they couldn't keep his blood pressure up and some other complications happened and they had to take him back into surgery.  Mom called me scared to death and said he surgeon didn't think he was going to make it.  He came out but was I'm a coma. I knew she was at the hospital with him alone so I headed to WV. They had to keep giving him meds to try and get his blood pressure up and the Dr told us if they didn't start working soon his organs would start shutting down.  We were praying so much and it started to raise and he woke up.  He's got a long way to go but he's doing good.
6-21
A few years ago Josh planned a triathlon for the Unit but he didn't get a lot of interest and Covid happened.  He was telling his 1st Sargent about it a few months ago and he thought it was a great idea! He had to make it a sprint because they weren't allowed to swim all the way to Pohick Bay which shortened not only the swim but the bike ride.  He had quite a few sign up to do it.  They named it The Josh Jones Memorial Triathlon, which made us laugh because he's not dead.  Lol
He was the first swimmer back
He finished 3rd which was awesome!
6-22
After he was finished with his Triathlon, he took the boys to PA for the weekend to go dirt biking.  They went to these underground mines and rode.
It must have been exhausting.  🤣🤣
After riding they played around Seven Springs. They live riding the Alpine Slide in the summer! Sophie was the one girl with them this weekend.  She's a trooper!
6-28
Send It BMX team 2025. Ken and Kenny joined this year.
Josh took Jack on a Harley ride and 10 min later he sent me these pictures!
6-29
Another year watching the Mount Vernon fireworks from the river! We had the Blairs out with us today. Kip and Izzy love tubing.
Meeting up with the neighbors is the best part!
Dinner!
😂😂
And, of course, Fireworks!
It's my favorite boat day of the summer!
6-30
Jack gave his first talk in Sacrament today. He did a great job!
Some of our friends from church moved to Paris today so we bought their son's truck from them.  We've missed having a truck to haul stuff we don't want to put in the van, plus Jack is going to be driving soon so he will need it.  I can't believe I just said that! How is he going to be driving soon?! 🥺
